01/15/16 – 01/17/16 – Jaxcon: Travis attends Jaxcon.
02/14/16 – 02/16/16 HOUSCon: Travis attends Houston 2016, accompanied by Bill Bakho.
A woman, Eden Snowden, approaches Travis, Bill Bakho, and a Creation Entertainment employee in tears and apologizes, confesses to writing one of the anonymous letters received in November, and runs off.
02/26/16 – 02/28/16 NASHCon: Travis attends Nashcon 2016, with Robin Garvick.
03/18 – 03/20/16 SEACon: Travis attends Seacon with Bill Bakho.
04/16 – Stacy LePore Complaint:
Stacy LePore (@StaceJoSPN / @LoveAndSwain) was a member of T-Wadesters, even attending the 40th birthday party for Travis at NJCon that was thrown by his fans, and even a close friend of Travis’s assistant at one point. She had even given Vicki a general admission ticket to NJCCON in 09/2015. After interviewing several T-Wadesters, I found that to most it seemed like Stacy “switched sides” overnight. They were all confused. Vicki and Travis tried contacting Stacy to see what was wrong as she had been such a good friend and avid Travis supporter. They tried to find a mutual friend to contact her to make sure she was alright, but Stacy took this as stalking and she was suddenly another one of his accusers. She ultimately ended up posting private DMs that she and Vicki, Travis’s assistant, had shared over the years. In my opinion it seemed like she had been playing both sides for a while only to get information for Ashley and friends. While Stacy never officially set up a GoFundMe account for money, she did, at one point, state how depressed she was over and over on Twitter that she couldn’t afford to go to a con, and somehow within minutes enough people had sent her enough money to be able to attend.
04/23/16 – 04/24/16 – Travis Attends From Hell To Heaven With Bill Bakho:
04/24 – Rachel Complaint:
Rachel’s complaint is not like the rest. While she never actually had any experience, or so it seems, with any of Travis’s alleged stalking, she does state that she had seen the good that he had done, then talked to the people involved in this, and they talked her into believing it from their side. In the end it has one asking the question, exactly who is brainwashing who?
04/24 – Kim Swartz Complaint:
Kim Swartz (@KimSaysSmile / @Penucks_Fan) is one of Stacy LePore’s best friends. Her claim is a lot like Rachel’s above. Kim claims she was a fan of Travis at one point. She even attended his 40th birthday party that some of the T-Wadesters had thrown together for him. She was not actively involved in the fan group though, and more than likely only went along with whatever Stacy did. In fact, other than the birthday party, Kim and Stacy both had only met him long enough for photo ops, which Creation limits to 1-2 minutes tops per op. Kim would later tweet that the worst part of the whole ordeal was that she lost Vicki as “a friend.” When I interviewed Vicki, she informed me that not only had she never been friends with Kim, but she had only spoken to her once in her life, at NJCon, after Kim had found out her grandfather had died. They had not even been friends on Facebook. In fact, once Vicki had even asked Stacy to contact Kim for her about reporting a tweet, which she did supposedly. If, in fact, Vicki had been friends, even just on Facebook, then why wouldn’t she have just asked Kim herself? Another instance of a random act of kindness being taken as a sign of friendship, and another “accuser” who never had any real interaction with Travis, who went along with other people’s interpretation of events.
04/24 – Jenna Complaint:
Again, another accuser who had never had any interaction with him up to this point. Her complaint was that she is an empath and that the stress from all of this made her cry?
05/14- 05/15/16 – Purcon 2:
05/15/16 – Storify:
On 05/15/16, @ashesinyourhair/@falonyates published an unorganized storyline on the accuser’s stories. The viewer count rose significantly which made the Storify leap to the first page on Travis’s Google search. She seemed quite proud of that too. Falon would be very tempramental on line, either being oddly sympathetic (sometimes the irony is hysterical), or just plain vile towards Travis or any of his fans.
07/14/16: University Of Alabama Letter: In July 2016, Vicki Malone Bartle wrote a letter to the University Of Alabama regarding Falon Yates. Falon had been in attack mode over Travis for the past three months and as Vicki and Travis were informed that Falon was an intern, felt the school should now what type of person they had representing the school, even after being presented with a Cease & Desist letter.
05/15 – @Michyrus Complaint:
Michelene was at one point a Travis fan, and even went to Vicki to give her statement at Chicon Karaoke that evening, stating that she saw no inappropriate behavior from Travis whatsoever. I have included a video recording of the DM she had with Vicki below in it’s entirety. In May 2016, Michelene came forward saying:
When Vicki spoke with her via DM after Chicon, she kept trying to verify that Michyrus was, in fact on the right side of the stage, wanting to exclude any possibility of her being on the left.
05/19/2016 – C&D Letters:
On 05/19/16, Travis’s management stepped in and got involved. Creation Entertainment, as well as Cliff Kosterman, had advised Travis to have his attorneys send out six Cease and Desist letters to the main six people involved; Ashley McClintic, Lexi Cooper, Lua James/Theresa Cotter, Emily Clegghorn, Michelle Villery, and Stacy LePore. I’ve noticed people seem to think Travis had something to do with these, but what they don’t realize is that if Travis can’t work due to people tarnishing his name, then management doesn’t get paid. If Travis doesn’t get paid, they don’t get paid; thus, they got involved. Neither Travis, Vicki, or even Bill Bakho had anything to do with this whatsoever. After speaking with the attorneys I have found out that Ashley, Lua, Emily, Michele, and Fallon all received theirs and did not sign. In fact, they made a mockery out of them online. They claimed that Travis was personally threatening them with a lawsuit, when in fact, that is the general legal jargon in ALL Cease & Desist letters. From what I’ve gathered from the attorneys, both Stacy LePore and Lexi Cooper never picked up their letters from the post office. As Cease & Desist letters are usually sent certified, I’m assuming Lexi Cooper never even informed her mother one was there. She may not even be aware of what her daughter is doing to this day. Some also claimed that they didn’t have to follow the Cease & Desist letter as there was a word spelled wrong on it. I’m pretty sure that’s not how that works.
05/20 – 05/22/2016 – Travis attends JIBCon:
In early May, when Daniela Chiusa (organizer of the event) had announced Travis as a guest at JIBCon, certain people had a meltdown and attacked Daniela on social media. They were afraid that Travis would hit on young fans and/or make a mockery out of their innocent “Lexi” during his panel. Ashley even started a poll on her twitter account with all of her 1000 followers, most of who probably would not even go to JIBCon, and asked if they would feel safe going with Travis there. She was appalled that with her 300-some votes backing her, that Daniela would not cut Travis from the lineup. (Unless most of your 1000 followers would actually attend JIBCon, I doubt that it would really matter to them….again…my opinion.). After all was said and done, JIBCon went on without a hitch and nobody was hurt, threatened, sexually assaulted, or harassed.
06/10 – 06/12/16 – PHXCon: Travis attends PHXCon accompanied by Bill Bakho.
06/17 – 06/19/16 – IndyPopCon: Travis attends IndyPopCon accompanied by Bill Bakho and Vicki Malone Bartle.
The Kale was a satire account online. They would join the fandom in trashing Travis on occasion. When they were suddenly shut down by Twitter one day, everyone ASSUMED it was Travis. When asked, Travis did not even know what or who The Kale was? In the end this would be one of the final straws to make Ashley consider asking someone to set up a Crowdrise account for legal defenses.
08/12 – 08/14/16 – MINNCon: Travis attends Minncon With Vicki Malone Bartle.
This was Travis’s last contracted Creation Entertainment event.
